Let me introduce myself, I am Cynthia Gail Frye of Cynthia Frye Realty, better known

as "Your Real Estate Lady On The Radio." I have live in Illinois all my life. I started

selling Real Estate with Century 21 Enterprise in 1990. Earlier in my career I sold

Chicago and, the Suburbans with my 5 kids in the backseat of my minivan. I have

received numerous awards Top Producer, Pinnacle Professional Member, Who’s Who’s,

Community Achievement Award, I’m also a notary.

I received in my Master in International Real Estate from Florida International

University. It has been a blessed and, rewarding career. I believe that my real estate

abilities are a God-given gift and I truly believe with God all thing are possible. My

company, Cynthia Frye Realty, was established in 1998 with over 32 years of

experience, my goal is to educate, enlighten, and empower buyers and sellers.

I pride myself on dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s before taking a client(s) out

verify proof of funds if it’s a cash deal. Finance deals all documents must be turn in

W2s, paycheck stub, bank statement etc. then the lender issue a Desk Top Approval.

Because of this and working with some of the Top Professional, Lenders and Loan

Officers, I have 100% close rate.

I’m passionate about rising awareness for suicide prevention, working with American

Foundation for Suicide Prevention (Out Of The Darkness Walks). love to travel and

love photography.
